Meet Stacey!

2022 marks Stacey Peasley’s 30th year of singing and performing for audiences! Launching her music career as a member of the New York-based girl group “The Chiclettes” at the tender age of 18, Peasley developed a deep love and appreciation for the innocent, yet catchy songs of the girl-group era. Her last ten years of performing have been dedicated to the most precious of audiences – children and families!

Her early years include shows at the Continental Airlines Arena in New Jersey, Foxwoods Resort and Casino, Westbury Music Fair, the Oakdale Theater, the Tropicana Hotel and Casino in Atlantic City, as a member of The Chiclettes and as back up singer for 60s idol Lou Christie. Stacey’s TV appearances include Rock, Rhythm, and Doo Wop 52, which still airs on PBS! While she was busy performing for the grown up audiences at night and on weekends, her days were spent working with children as a public school Social Studies and English teacher.

After the birth of her first child, Stacey began to write songs focused on the amazing things she observed as a new mom. Little did she know, this would develop into a brand new career combining both of her passions – music and working with children. Stacey Peasley has since written and recorded five critically acclaimed albums with awards from Creative Child Magazine, Parents’ Choice Foundation, and NAPPA.  Her  album Lucky Day was named one of the top 20 albums of 2014 by Musical Merry Go Round of KDHX radio St. Louis. Peasley is also the recipient of  a Nickelodeon Parents Connect Parents’ Pick Award for Best Party Entertainer, as well as a Community Kangaroo Joey Award for her music classes, Lucky Day music.

Stacey is truly blessed to spend her days singing, dancing, and bringing music to the lives of children at schools, classes, and shows!
